Every order is packed and posted by hand from Ferndale, Washington, about twenty minutes south of the Canadian border.

When your order ships

In stock: packed within a few business days.

Made to order: made for you after you order — allow roughly 2–3 weeks before it ships. The product page says which one you are buying.

Shipping rates and delivery

Rates are calculated at checkout from your address. Current options and prices are shown before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Shipping to Canada

Canadian orders are welcome and go out from the same place. Duties or import charges are set by Canada, not by the shop, and are not collected at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

Made-to-order and one-of-one pieces are made specifically for you, so please check colour, size and finish before ordering.

If something arrives damaged

Get in touch through the contact page with a photo and your order number. Breakages in transit are always put right.
